Cardboard Shifts and Cedar Drop-Offs: Valley Green Route Report

Commercial recycling on the Blackstone and Shaw corridor is shifting cardboard pickup to Wednesday mornings due to baler maintenance at the Herndon yard. Valley Green has also launched a free Saturday morning electronics drop-off at Cedar Avenue for phones, laptops, and accessories. Thanks to outstanding sorting efforts by local restaurants, monthly diversion diverted over 412 tons from regional landfills.
