Open your privacy settings
Go to claude.ai in a browser, click your initials in the bottom-left corner, then Settings, then Privacy.
Export works on the web and desktop only. It is not available in the iOS or Android app.

Request the export
Under Your data, click Export data. Claude starts preparing your full account export.

Download from your email
You will get an email with a download link. Click it within 24 hours to get your .zip.

Upload the zip here
Upload the whole .zip. We read conversations.json inside it.

Worth knowing

Deleted conversations are not included.
If you edited a message and branched a chat, only the active branch is exported.
