A website that studies the market, writes itself, and then gets better.
Most tools hand you one piece — a keyword list, a page builder, a rankings dashboard — and leave you to carry the work between them. We connected the whole thing into one loop of 12 steps. Every step is one you can do yourself, hand to an AI agent, or leave running on its own.
1
of 12Learn the market
We study your business, your competitors, and what people are actually searching for — and write it all up as one report.
Step 12 feeds step 1 — so it never stops.
You are never locked into one way of working
The same step can be done three different ways, and you choose per step. Do the parts you care about by hand. Let an agent do the parts you don't. Let the mechanical parts run themselves.
- You can do it yourself
- An AI agent can do it for you
- It can run on its own
The 12 steps, start to finish
Each card says what the step does and how it can be run today.
- Step 1
Learn the market
We study your business, your competitors, and what people are actually searching for — and write it all up as one report.
YouAIAutomatic - Step 2
Plan every page
That research becomes the complete list of pages your site should have, organised the way your visitors actually think.
YouAIAutomatic - Step 3
Decide what each page says
Every single page gets its own instructions, with its own research behind it, before a word is written.
YouAI - Step 4
Create the pages
Each planned page is created for real, at the exact web address the plan promised — nothing gets lost between the plan and the site.
YouAIAutomatic - Step 5
Write the content
Every page is written from its own instructions, so it says something specific and useful instead of something generic.
AI - Step 6
Put it live
A page goes live only once it is approved — you click publish yourself, or you allow it to publish on its own.
YouAIAutomatic - Step 7
Your site, your domain
Your pages are served to real visitors on your own web address.
Automatic - Step 8
Check what's really there
We visit your live site the way a search engine does, and record exactly what it finds — not what you hoped it would find.
YouAutomatic - Step 9
Bring in the real numbers
Where you rank, who visited, how fast the page loads, who links to you — the actual results, all in one place.
YouAutomatic - Step 10
Find what's holding you back
Every page is checked against what good looks like — and against how it is actually performing out in the world.
YouAutomatic - Step 11
Get told what to do next
What we learn becomes a plain-English suggestion you can accept — not a report you have to decode first.
YouAIAutomatic - Step 12
Improve it, and go again
An accepted improvement is written back into the page and back into the plan — so the next pass starts from what you just learned.
YouAutomatic
And then it starts again. What the last step learns goes back into the plan, so the next pass is better informed than the one before it. That is the whole idea: not a project that finishes, but a site that keeps improving.
Where the system is today
We would rather show you the real state of the build than a diagram of what we intend. These numbers come straight out of the same map our engineers work from, and they only count what is genuinely working today.
The rest are being connected now. When one lands, this page changes by itself — it is generated from the engineering map, so it cannot get ahead of the code.
