Employee performance reviews

Imogen Thistlewood is the clinic director at Larkspur Bend Therapy, a three-location outpatient physical therapy practice, and uses this to run each therapist's annual review blind: the therapist and her manager each rate the same 23 items, neither sees the other's until both are in, and the manager then writes the final report the therapist reads.
