AI Matrx SMS Notifications

AI Matrx account holders can choose to receive transactional and service-related text messages, including task reminders, job-completion alerts, direct-message notifications, system alerts, and requested AI-agent responses.

How to opt in

1. Sign in to AI Matrx and open User Settings.
2. Go to Communication → Messaging → Text messages.
3. Enter the mobile number that should receive messages.
4. Read and affirmatively check the SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default and SMS consent is not required to create or use an AI Matrx account.
5. Select Send verification code, then enter the six-digit code sent by Twilio Verify. SMS notifications are enabled only after successful verification.

Existing users can open the SMS enrollment settings directly.
