How to read the numbers
The same path for every episode keeps seven shows on schedule.
Steps
Rules
Always record a backup track.
Mark the sponsor read in the run sheet before recording.
Never schedule an episode without a listen-through.
Sponsors renew when they see what they paid for. Deliver exactly what was booked, and show proof.
From booking to invoice
Press Mark booked and enter the flight dates and reads owed.
Send the brief to the host and note any must-say lines.
Log each read on the deal when the episode goes live.
Send proof of airing at the end of the flight.
Press Mark delivered and send the invoice.
If a read is missed
Tell the sponsor before they notice. Offer a make-good in the next episode and write it on the deal row.
Good guests say yes to clear, specific, respectful requests.

Say who you are and who listens.
Say exactly what you want to talk about.
Offer two recording options, remote or in person.
State the time it will take and when it will air.

Confirm release and permissions
Thank them the day after
