How to read the numbers
A student decides in ten minutes whether tutoring is safe. Spend those minutes on connection before correction.
Plan
Read the inquiry and the goals the family wrote down.
Choose two short activities: one the student will find easy and one that shows the gap.
Keep the first session to a conversation and one achievable win.
After
Write a progress note with the starting level
Recommend a plan and a package size
Call the guardian within a day
Clear rules protect families and the center. Print this and give it to every new guardian.
How packages work
Hours are used as sessions are finished, not when they are booked.
Packages expire on the date shown; a short extension is possible for illness.
Siblings can share a package only when agreed in writing at the start.
