Questions
When are invoices due?
Thirty days after the issue date unless the invoice says otherwise.
How do I approve something?
Open the deliverable and tell us in the feedback box. We mark it Approved on our side.
Add the client in the Clients table.
Duplicate a client home page and change the filter to that client.
Share only the client home page with them.
Add projects, deliverables and invoices as they happen.
Keep this page private. Clients should never see other clients' work.

Not seeing your question? Send a request from the Requests list on your home page. We answer within one working day and add anything common to this page.
What happens when I approve a deliverable?
The deliverable is marked Approved and we move on to the next one. You can still ask for small changes for a week after.
How do I pay an invoice?
Open Invoices on your home page. Each invoice lists the amount, the due day and how to pay.
Who is my main contact?
The project manager listed on each project. Their name and email are on the project row.
